Yoga for Dancers starting Feb. 19th
Join Arthur Murray Manhattan student Santana Iglesias for a special new series of classes at Arthur Murray Manhattan! Starting Wednesday, Feb. 19th we will be offering a Yoga for Dancers class each week, every Wednesday at 8:45pm. The classes will be 45 minutes in length and will be specially catered to the dancing body.
With over a decade of experience in both Yoga and Performing Arts, celebrity trainer Santana Iglesias has intricately designed a Yoga program formulated to increase both strength & flexibility, as well as enhance overall body awareness. ‘Yoga for Dancers’ will guide us on our journey in finding balance both on and off the dance floor.
